Field & Function is a Group & Semi Private Training facility located in Abbotsford. The group training program at Field & Function includes pure strength training, dynamic conditioning and boxing sessions. Semi Private is based on a traditional Personal Training workout and is ideal for those who want a more intimate training experience.
