Field & Function is a Personal Training and Group Training facility located in Abbotsford, Melbourne. Our range of highly efficient Group Training sessions include Functional, HIIT, Strength, Functional Strength, Boxing, TRX, Yoga as well as our ever popular Friday Friendly. The variety in our training sessions and high level of coaching is what sets us apart from other Group Training classes. Our classes will to take your training to the next level. 

We don't have treadmills, televisions, mirrors or gimmicks. Our boutique training facility comes equiped with the best functional equipment including our custom built Monkey Bars, Pull Up Rigs & Squat Racks, Plyo Boxes, Sandbags, Deadballs, Barbells, Dumbbells, VIPR, Kettle Bells, TRX Straps, TRX Rip Trainer, Sled, Battle Ropes and Of Course the Concept 2 Rowers and everyone's favourite The Assault Bike.

Field & Function's beginnings date back to 2008 operating as an outdoor Bootcamp/Group Training option at Citizen's Park in Richmond. In 2014 we moved indoors and set up a Functional Training space in Abbotsford.
