CLASSES INCLUDE FUNCTIONAL, HIIT, BOXING, TRX, STRENGTH, YOGA + MORE
We run various group training sessions from Monday to Sunday. Weekday class times include 6am, 7am 9.30am, 12.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.15pm. Bookings are required & all group training sessions are programmed with all fitness levels and abilities in mind.
We also run a Mum's + Bub's session every Monday and Friday morning

A slower paced functional class with an emphasis on lifting heavier weights and fewer reps. You can expect a small block of conditioning work to finish off the session.View Timetable Book Class
THE FRIDAY FRIENDLY
This is really a functional class with an added finisher based around some friendly competition which is designed to draw out a little more effort at the end of the woking week.View Timetable Book Class
An all round workout combining cardio and conditioning exercises. Using Kettle Bells, The Prowler, Sandbags, Battle Ropes, Dead Balls, Med Balls, VIPR &TRX.View Timetable Book Class
This session will include boxing drills and combinations on punching bags, a mix of cardio and conditioning drills combined with partner pad work.View Timetable Book Class
Focusing on fundamental lifting techniques such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press and pull-ups. This class isn't just about being strong it is great for improving exercise technique and training efficiency.View Timetable Book Class
A dynamic 45 minute class designed to improve your fitness by utilising high intensity intervals. You can expect dynamic body weight movements, agility, power and speed drills. HIIT is great for cross training and sports specific training.View Timetable Book Class
FUNCTIONAL + TRX
In this class you can expect some challenging strength and stability exercises using the TRX combined with functional conditioning to improve your fitness. The TRX helps you improve your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.View Timetable Book Class
GYM & TONIC
A cocktail of technique and skill development, strength training and metabolic conditioning. Put simply, expect to learn a strength based skill or movement, do some strength training and finish with a cardio based conditioning set.View Timetable Book Class
A blend of classic functional training coupled with high intensity training. This class is 45 minutes and your task is to get through small blocks of training with short but adequate rest periods. The class features some extra core work at the end.View Timetable Book Class
