PERSONAL TRAINING AT FIELD & FUNCTION ABBOTSFORD  personal training abbotsford

 

A Personal Training session is traditionally a one-on-one session with specialised attention and an independently planned program with your needs and goals at the forefont. Personal Training at Field & Function is available in a 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 format. A PT session by nature is all about helping you achieve your goals with great technique and form. At Field & Function we specialise in Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Boxing, TRX, Pre/Post Natal & Injury/Rehab. 

Personal Training sessions are available Monday to Saturday.

Monday to Thursday: 5.45am -8pm

Friday: 5.45am-6pm 

Saturday: 7am - 11.30am 

 

PT STARTER PACK: TRY 3 PT SESSIONS FOR JUST $99        

The PT starter pack is ideal if you are interested in trying Personal Training at Field & Function or are looking to join the group training
sessions but would like some prior coaching to feel confident about training in a group environment.

COMBINE PT AND GROUP TRAINING FOR BEST RESULTS!

PT clients get best results when they supplement their PT sessions with Group Training sessions at Field & Function. As a PT client you can gain Unlimited Weekly Access to Group Training at a discounted rate of $45 Per Week (normally $55 or $60per week) or purchase a discounted Ten Pack of GPT for $150 (normally $230).
